We are seeking a Sales Manager for our UI/UX designers to join our team and help us grow our business by bidding on and closing deals on the Upwork platform. We call such Sales Managers - Upwork Hunters. As an Upwork Hunter, you will find and win new clients, negotiate project terms, and ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.

• Identify and bid on relevant job postings on the Upwork platform
• Write compelling proposals and pitch them to potential clients
• Follow up potential clients in a timely manner and consistently 
• Build strong relationships with clients and negotiate project terms
• Close deals and ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of projects
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

• Proven sales experience with a track record of closing deals
• Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent writing skills for crafting compelling proposals
• Experience with Zoom and other remote communication tools
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once
• Strong time management skills and attention to detail
• Proactive approach
• Understanding Upwork and effective sales and bidding - will be a plus
