Codebridge is looking for a Senior Sales Manager to own deals for our AI-first engineering business end to end — discovery to close, on calls with US/UK founders and executives. We sell with deep research and working prototypes, not decks. Hiring is just as direct: one test task, one call.

• Own the full sales cycle: qualify inbound leads, run discovery, shape the offer, negotiate, close
• Run calls with US/UK founders and executives solo from week one
• Turn deep research into deal strategy: who decides, what they actually care about, and what we put in front of them
• Put a simple Claude Code prototype on the table when it moves a deal — with our engineers behind you for anything bigger
• Work a warm, automated inbound pipeline — the admin runs itself, the selling is yours
• Feed what you hear on calls back into how Codebridge positions and packages its offer

• 4+ years selling IT/software services to US/UK businesses — real full-cycle experience, not lead-gen handoffs
• Closed services deals you can walk through in detail, including engagements of $50K and up
• Deep research and social selling as a daily habit: LinkedIn and the open web, not purchased lists
• Daily hands-on use of AI tools, able to build a simple prototype with Claude Code or similar — the test task will ask you to prove it
• Availability overlapping UK/US working hours — that's where our calls live
• As comfortable running a discovery call as taking a prospect's product apart the night before — often for the same deal
• Advanced English or higher — every call, including your interview, is in English
