Key responsibilities are:

• Regularly monitor Upwork for new project postings related to UI/UX design.
• Carefully read and analyze each project posting to determine if it aligns with our target client profile.
• Conduct additional research on potential clients by finding their profiles on LinkedIn or Facebook.
• Rapidly add qualifying leads to a designated spreadsheet within 5 minutes of their posting on Upwork.
• Night Shift: Runs from 1 AM to 9 AM

• Fluent in English, with excellent reading and comprehension skills.
• Ability to quickly and accurately assess project relevance.
• Familiarity with using Upwork, LinkedIn, and Facebook for research purposes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
