Codebridge is looking for a Junior Sales Manager for our AI-first engineering business — someone who lives on calls, digs deeper than everyone else, and would rather show a working prototype than send another follow-up. No sales experience required. We don't screen CVs for this role — the test task is your resume.

• Own inbound leads: research the person and the company, find what actually matters, and earn the call
• Turn public sources — LinkedIn, press, product teardowns — into a sharp one-page brief on every lead
• Build simple working prototypes in Claude Code that show a prospect what's possible before the first call
• Join calls with our founders from week one as the best-prepared person in the room — and grow into running calls yourself
• Work inside an automated pipeline: the admin is automated, the thinking is yours

• No sales experience required — we hire for judgment, curiosity, and speed, not a track record
• Research obsession: given a name and a company, you come back with what matters — not a data dump
• Completely at home on social networks, LinkedIn above all: finding people, reading what they post — and what they don't
• Daily hands-on use of AI tools — you can put a simple working prototype together with Claude Code, v0, or Lovable, no engineering background needed (the test task will ask you to prove it)
• Availability overlapping UK/US working hours — that's when the calls happen
• Happier spending an hour understanding a founder than ten minutes reciting a pitch
• Advanced English or higher — every call, including your interview, is in English
