About the project

Main responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Define and implement a robust sales strategy aligned with company goals to drive revenue growth and market expansion
  • Leadership and Team Development: Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivate strategic partnerships, and negotiate key contracts to expand market share and drive profitability.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Establish and optimize sales processes, leveraging technology and data analytics to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data insights, and prepare regular reports for TOP management to drive informed decision-making
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction to foster long-term partnerships.

Requirements

  • Experience in Head of Sales or Lead Sales roles in outsource IT company, with a proven track record of impactful initiatives
  • Willingness to provide references from previous employers upon request, demonstrating a positive professional relationship, reliability and effective performance
  • Achievements in developing and implementing sales strategies in IT, delivering tangible results in attracting new clients and revenue growth
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, inspire and motivate a remote team
  • Proficient in establishing clear and measurable goals, utilizing s KPIs or OKRs, and conducting thorough performance assessments
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable outcomes and achieving business objectives
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and develop actionable sales plans
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
