Revamp the company website completely, focusing on speed, readability, and rich content comprising of valuable insights and case studies.
Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website optimization, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, email marketing, social media marketing, and online lead generation campaigns.
Utilize marketing analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and optimize marketing efforts for maximum ROI.
Collaborate closely with sales, product development, and other cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives. Provide marketing support for product launches, sales initiatives, and partnership activities.
Evaluate emerging technologies and provide strategic guidance on their potential adoption, ensuring Codebridge remains at the forefront of innovation within the marketing landscape.
Requirements
Experience in CMO or Deputy CMO roles in outsource company, with a proven track record of impactful initiatives.
Willingness to provide references from previous employers upon request, demonstrating a positive professional relationship, reliability and effective performance
Achievements in developing and implementing marketing strategies in the IT, delivering tangible results in lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, inspire and motivate remote team.
Proficient in establishing clear and measurable goals, utilizing s KPIs or OKRs, and conducting thorough performance assessments.
Advanced English, both written and spoken.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
